Refund Policy

At Taneka Walker FoundHER Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, educational programs, and digital resources for women entrepreneurs. Because of the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following Refund Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital, educational, and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes—but is not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Digital downloads

  • Workbooks, templates, and PDFs

  • Coaching programs

  • Membership or community access

  • Masterclasses, workshops, and virtual events

  • Payment plans and subscriptions

  • Deposits or retainer fees

Once a purchase is made, access is granted, or materials are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Coaching & Program Policy

Coaching services—including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, strategy sessions, or hybrid programs—are non-refundable, even if:

  • You change your mind

  • You do not complete or attend the program

  • You experience personal, business, or schedule changes

  • You feel you no longer need the service

We encourage clients to enroll only when they are fully committed.

3. Payment Plans & Subscriptions

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.

  • Payment plans cannot be canceled or refunded once you gain program access.

  • Early cancellation does not exempt you from completing the plan.

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) may be canceled at any time, but past payments are not refundable, and cancellation applies to future billing only.

4. Digital Products

Because digital materials cannot be “returned,” all purchases of:

  • Courses

  • Digital downloads

  • Worksheets

  • Journals

  • Templates

  • Checklists

  • E-books

…are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Event Policy (Virtual & In-Person)

Tickets for workshops, masterminds, or events are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request:

  • Transfer to a future event (if available)

  • Transfer your ticket to another person

Transfer approvals are at the discretion of the Company.

6. Unauthorized Purchases or Duplicate Charges

If you believe a purchase was made in error (such as duplicate billing or unauthorized transaction), please contact us immediately at:

We will investigate and correct any errors that are verified.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

At our sole discretion, FoundHER Academy may offer:

  • Program credit

  • Access to a different course

  • Transfer to another cohort

These decisions are case-by-case and not guaranteed.
